You don’t? Are you sure? Because you’re going to miss a lot if you don’t take a peak.
We’re talking about no other than Kawhi Leonard’s hand.
Kawhi Leonard, 22 years old, is playing for the San Antonio Spurs of the NBA. Quiet, reserved Kawhi. He was drafted in the 2011 NBA draft 15th overall by the Indiana Pacers. Shortly after that, he was traded in exchange for George Hill to the San Antonio Spurs.
For the same season, when Manu Ginobili injured himself in January, the head coach of the Spurs team, Gregg Popovich gave the role to Leonard as starter in his absence. Being the rookie that he was in the league, Leonard was able to handle the pressure well.
And now, he is quickly rising to super stardom because of his basketball moves and skills, playing against top players like King James himself, and so many others.
But that isn’t the only reason why Kawhi is quickly making a name for himself. It’s because of his humongous hand that get a lot of people talking.
Well, we know how big basketball players’ hands are—but Kawhi’s hands really take the cake. Actually, I’m pretty sure he can scoop up a whole cake with a single hand, and we’re not even exaggerating.
If you still aren’t a believer, check this and this out. Both articles feature Kawhi’s freakishly large hand. It’s amazing how long his arms, hands, and fingers became. It’s just so large beyond words.
Which is why we’re not really surprised why his team is dong pretty good now. In addition to being a pretty good team all in all (they finished 1st seed in the Western Conference), Kawhi just sort of completes the whole package.
We can’t wait for the start of the playoffs to see more of Kawhi’s hands. Aren’t you?
